We have counseling interns as an option for those who are without insurance and are unable to afford the fees associated with seeing a licensed clinician. These interns are working on their masters degree in counseling and are supervised by a licensed clinician. The fee for a 50-minute session is $25. Our Interns
Keith Crownover
Keith is currently concluding his Masters of Science degree in Professional Counseling from Mid-America Christian University. He holds a certification in Substance Abuse from the Faith Based Institute. Professionally, he spent 25 years in the orthotic and prosthetic field. In the past few years, he served as a Program Director at the OSU Institute of Technology.
His areas of interest include co-occurring disorders, adolescent development, relationship distress and grief.
Jennifer L. Meigs
Jenny is in the process of completing her Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Mid-America Christian University. She previously obtained her undergraduate degree from Southwestern Christian University in Human and Family Services and has two years of experience in the community mental health setting. Her areas of interest include: temperament/personality, marriage preparation, relational issues, depression, anxiety, and spiritual conflicts.
